Job Overview

We seek an experienced Product Manager passionate about delivering high-quality products by translating business needs into technical requirements. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly the engineering team, to define, prioritize, and manage the technical aspects of the product roadmap. You will drive the development process and ensure that technical solutions meet the business's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to define clear technical product requirements, user stories, and specifications that align with business goals and technical limitations.
  • Act as the main contact between business and engineering teams to ensure clear communication of technical requirements. Collaborate with developers to translate business needs into actionable tasks and features.
  • Manage the technical aspects of the product roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives. Prioritize features based on business impact, user needs, and technical complexity.
  • To support product development and client-facing materials, create thorough technical documentation, including user stories and wireframes.
  • Manage technical debt, bug fixes, and new features to prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and resources.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. Ensure smooth iteration cycles with the development team and communicate priorities and progress clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of software development, including system architecture, cloud technologies, APIs. Familiarity with technical tools and platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or a similar role, in a software development environment.
  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align requirements between technical and business teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex product challenges.
  • Skilled in managing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with stakeholders. Experience with Agile tools or similar project management platforms preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive product success.
