Job Overview:

Arcee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of various projects to ensure they meet the company's business goals and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    • Ensure project plans are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  2. Team Leadership and Coordination:
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure clear communication and alignment among team members.
    • Manage and resolve conflicts and issues that arise within the project team.
  3. Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
    • Regularly review project progress and make adjustments to the project plan as needed to ensure successful project completion.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their requirements are met.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are completed on time.
    • Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
  6. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within the allocated financial resources.
    • Track and report on project expenses and financial performance.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and tools.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
  • Certifications: PMP (Product Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
    • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
