The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with excellent communication skills to join our team and lead a portfolio of Infectious Disease products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, launching products into new market segments and KOL development.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for the portfolio, aligning with overall business goals.
- Prepare presentations and analyses as required by the business.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and sizes and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Regional Marketing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product launches and consistent supply of existing products.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.
- Work closely with sales and regional marketing to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, customers, and industry partners.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote the products.
- Be an integral part of forecasting and inventory management to ensure consistent product supply.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Science, Health, Engineering or Business highly desired
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
