Product Manager

As our Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and launching new product initiatives from inception to execution within the MikMak Platform. You will also be part of the team responsible for delivering on the key data modeling, and AI features on the roadmap. You will report directly to our CPTO, and will work closely with internal stakeholders, partners, vendors, and beta customers. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle for the features you own and manage.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Launch strategic new product initiatives from inception to delivery with aggressive timelines.
• Lead and drive products within the context of a broader product goals, strategy and roadmap.
• Incorporate usage/customer data, research, competitive intel, and market analysis to inform product requirements.
• Understand MikMak’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
• Drive all aspects, including Go-To-Market strategies, for the critical initial launch of new products, as well as for subsequent product releases.
• Develop detailed business requirements and subsequently create the appropriate Epics and user stories by collaborating with the Engineering teams.
• Work closely with product management peers, engineering teams, commercial teams, and product marketing to deliver products and related services. 
• Ensure clear communication across all aspects of the product and software development lifecycle, collaborating directly with internal stakeholders and engaging with external stakeholders either directly or through the marketing team.
• Prioritize and manage all details related to the Product Roadmap and the feature backlog
• Play a key role in driving feature shaping and gathering feedback through Product Advisory Boards, and participating in our Customer Advisory Board.
• Conducting Competition & Customer research Market sizing
• Represent MikMak’s platform, products, services, and technologies in external-facing engagements such as industry forums, events, trade shows, and social media to drive awareness and adoption.

WHO YOU ARE

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in product management within a fast-paced SaaS product company, and 4+ years of prior hands-on experience as an Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar analytical role.
• Understanding of data modeling, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and the latest product and industry trends and advancements in these fields.
• Ability to comprehend the larger picture and think strategically about how your product fits into the company’s overall strategy and vision.
• Familiarity with managing products from concept to launch and post-launch improvements.
• Skilled at utilizing data for informed decision-making, turning vast amounts of user interactions, performance metrics, and market data into actionable insights.
• Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
• A passion for learning, being a self-starter, understanding current product features and customer needs, and driving the creation of compelling products and features.
• Experience driving projects across multiple teams, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts with ease.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Ability to multi-task, juggle multiple priorities and initiatives, while staying focussed and motivated to drive results.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, Data Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required.

Base Salary Range: $120,000- $135,000 plus bonus
