Shift5 is at the forefront of aviation cybersecurity, and we're seeking a highly motivated and innovative Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of flight. You'll lead the development and growth of our Aircraft Network Security Program (ANSP) Compliance offering for commercial airlines. This is a critical role in furthering cybersecurity and risk management for commercial aircraft, a domain of increasing importance as the aviation industry evolves with greater connectivity.

In this role, you will work directly with cybersecurity teams at leading commercial airlines and aircraft Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). You'll gain a deep understanding of their unique challenges, regulatory pressures, and evolving security needs to drive product strategy and roadmap.Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to Shift5's mission of enhancing aviation safety and security. You'll be part of a dynamic team, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and go-to-market professionals to bring cutting-edge solutions to the market.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products and/or other relevant experience in the aviation industry, management consulting, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment.
  • US Citizen

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience building and launching products in emerging markets or within highly regulated industries.
  • Experience in the aviation industry (e.g., working at an airline, aircraft OEM, or within aviation regulatory bodies).
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA) and industry standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $125,000-$175,000
