IT Business Support

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a user-focused, technically skilled, hands-on IT Business Support based in Europe (GMT/GMT+1) to support and optimise our internal tech stack, ensuring that key applications—including Jira, GitHub, Notion, and Google Workspace—support efficient operations across all teams. This role requires someone with good system administration experience, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

You will work closely with Software Engineering, Security, and other business teams, configuring and improving tools and enabling teams to work productively by resolving issues promptly and proactively improving processes.

Success in this role means empowering users to succeed, creating seamless workflows, increasing the usage of AI and automation and ensuring the tech stack enables operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Jira Administration – Configure, manage, and optimise Jira Cloud workflows, automation, permissions, and reporting to improve team efficiency
• GitHub & Notion Management – Ensure proper user access, integrations, and process optimisation
• Google Workspace Administration – Manage user provisioning, security settings, and workflow improvements
• Technical Troubleshooting & IT Support – Resolve issues across multiple internal applications, ensuring minimal disruption for global teams
• Cross-Application Support – Optimise, integrate, and automate workflows across our internal tech stack, leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency and connectivity.
• Process Optimization & CI/CD Practices – Identify inefficiencies and implement automation tools to improve workflows
• User Enablement - Empower users to maximise application use through clear guidance, training, and support
• Act as the User’s Voice – Gather feedback from teams and translate it into technical solutions that improve productivity

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience in IT business support, SaaS administration, and internal tooling optimisation, with a track record of enhancing workflows and productivity.
• Deep expertise in Jira administration, including workflow design, automation, permissions management, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and Notion, administration skills, ensuring efficient setup, access control, and seamless integrations
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, including user provisioning, security settings, and configuration
• Experience integrating and automating workflows using AI, automation tools, and CI/CD processes to improve efficiency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
