Opportunity Overview

The  Product Manager leads the strategy, management, and development of the Product working with partners across the industry to grow the portfolio, bringing compelling products within the GCash app and leading the creation of exclusive assets that engage users and unlock revenue opportunities.

You will help drive the strategy for your product and work closely with internal GCash teams to create value for our Partners by creating opportunities for acquisition and scale, increasing brand equity, generating insights on customer behaviours, and improving trust and security. This is an exciting opportunity at the intersection of fintech, e-commerce and with a goal of changing how millions access digital services.

Roles & Responsibilities

  •  Does

    • Defines the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap and manages the operations of the  category and associated P&L

    • Manages key external partner and stakeholder relationships for the segment

    • Drives the user experience and product enhancements, ensuring timely and successful delivery of builds

    • Creates and maintains a pipeline of exciting campaigns and promotions

    • Interfaces with Marketing and Growth teams to ensure effective implementation of  campaigns

    • Understands Partner business objectives, facilitates Business Reviews and joint business plans to create value

    • Closely tracks and analyses product performance data to guide strategy execution

    • Leads specific internal projects for platform and category development as required

    • Establishes documentation and processes to effectively scale  portfolio 

  • Displays

    • Initiative, ownership, and an enthusiasm to build compelling experiences

    • Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 

    • Strong stakeholder and project management abilities, particularly when managing external partners to deliver

    • Able to evaluate and develop business and commercial models around  

    • Comfortable with data – handling and analysis

    • Collaborative attitude and an ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams

    • Understanding of industry insights and trends

  • Delivers

    • Portfolio of compelling partners and products including unique to platform 

    • Strong user traffic engagement to  Category pages

    • Optimal transaction conversion rates

    • Execution of key projects in accordance with objectives and timelines

    • Effective monitoring and reporting of initiatives

    • Compliance to regulatory standards

KPIs

  • Page User Visits and Monthly Active Users

  • Strong User Visit to Transaction Conversion Rate

  • Revenue – from MDR & Ad-Tech Sales

  • Stakeholder management measured by feedback from leaders and other key stakeholders including external partners

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years-experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field

  • Experience in leading product development or product management. 

  • Software or programming experience not required but a plus

  • Growth marketing exposure an advantage

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Strong analytical and relationship management skills

  • Familiarity with loyalty platforms, schemes, & business models a plus
