Position Overview
The Compliance product team is responsible for the detection and identification of noncompliant activity, i.e., piracy, of all Autodesk products across all geographies to support resolution activities. The product team works closely with our online and offline compliance resolution/conversion teams, who together significantly impact Autodesk’s revenue and brand reputation.
As a Product Manager, you’ll play an important part driving that impact, collaborating with engineering, design, and other business stakeholders to discover effective solutions, and then to deliver those solutions to market. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Management, Compliance, in a hybrid workplace.
The position is based in Toronto (Hybrid) close to the Engineering teams.
Responsibilities

Contribute to and execute on product strategy, translating it into prioritized OKRs and a roadmap

Collaborate with the product team and key stakeholders to come up with effective solutions that are valuable, viable, feasible and work for Autodesk’s business, taking accountability for the value and viability

Collaborate with the product team and key stakeholders to deliver effective solutions to market, tracking and optimising solutions post-launch to ensure they deliver the expected impact

Create clear, concise documentation to educate stakeholders, including training materials for end users of the data products to ensure data is being interpreted as intended and used in a compliant manner

Contribute to the product team a solid knowledge of business constraints, including from marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy

Contribute to the product team a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products

Track industry trends and the competitive landscape as it relates to compliance

Work in an individual contributor role while supporting the product team and other stakeholders through your use of data and logic
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
-
Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
-
5+ years working on technology-powered products as a data product manager, data engineer, and/or data scientist, with 3+ years of product management experience

Proficiency with SQL

Experience with workflow automations

Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
