MISSION

Reporting to the Vice President, Product Management, the Platform Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform product & experiences. You will be responsible for defining, designing, and delivering exceptional experiences, automation, and data driven solutions that delight our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our target audience. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from client engagement and ideation to market/competitor research to product launch and ongoing product optimization and maturity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy and Development –

  • Deeply understand our platform and clients’ needs to help Alegeus deliver significant account, revenue, and average revenue per unit (ARPU) growth while delighting users
  • Conduct thorough market research and user analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities

  • User Experience Design – Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces

  • Develop and prioritize product needs based on client feedback, user research, market data, and competitor analysis

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team

  • Partner with Product Marketing to define the overall value proposition of our solution, including messaging for buyers, users, partners, and other key stakeholders to translate customer needs into actionable marketing strategies and tactics that drive growth.

Roadmap Value –

  • Leverage Alegeus and our clients to define a product roadmap that will deliver measurable value for us and our client
  • Develop ROI models with KPIs to justify and measure the success of new features and offerings

  • Ensure the right level of discovery is happening to determine if the customer is willing to buy or pay for a solution and how it compares to other offerings in the market.

New Product Introduction –

  • Lead the organization through the preparation, early availability, general launch, adoption, and measurement of our products and capabilities to deliver higher client satisfaction and user engagement
  • Develop and measure product success metrics, including end user efficiency, adoption, and satisfaction

Communicate Effectively –

  • Continuously refine and communicate our evolving strategy, roadmap, releases and KPIs to ensure alignment and understanding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

  • Active participation within the Alegeus annual client conference, hosting product advisory board sessions with clients, and leading presentations to Alegeus stakeholders

Metrics that matter –

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, educate the organization on why they matter, and communicate the impact to our strategic goals

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS required; Master’s Degree in business, finance, operations, or similar field preferred. 
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product development
  • Experience in healthcare, consumer directed healthcare or other platforms managing B to B to C solutions
