Job Summary: As the Product Manager in our Marketing Department, you will drive the development and launch of innovative cannabis and kratom products that align with our brand and resonate with customers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll define product roadmaps, analyze trends, and ensure compliance, positioning our products at the forefront of the market. Your strategic insights will help optimize customer experience and fuel revenue growth in the retail cannabis space.

About you: 

  • You are a strategic and innovative leader with a strong background in retail or consumer goods and a deep understanding of product life cycles. 
  • You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making to develop products that resonate with customers while meeting compliance standards. 
  • You possess a keen eye for consumer trends and have a proven record of successfully launching products from concept to market. 
  • With excellent collaboration skills, you work seamlessly across teams—especially Marketing, Supply Chain, and Legal—to bring unique and high-quality products to market.
  •  A natural problem-solver, you’re adaptable, proactive, and excited to shape the future of cannabis retail.
