VGS provides processor-agnostic tokenization solutions via secure universal token vaults, iframes, mobile SDKs, tokenization proxies, APIs, and data orchestration tooling to support payment acceptance, card issuance, PII and bank account tokenization, and other payments value-added services. Some of the use cases we enable include multi-processor Network Tokenization, Account Updater, payment orchestration, secure settlement file processing, 3DS, and Risk provider connectivity.
As a Product Manager, Network Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical readiness of VGS's network and Payment Gateway Services. You will lead the definition of product technical requirements and the implementation of network integration and enhancement to existing capabilities for VGS customers, including tokenization, account updater, Click to Pay merchants, card-on-file merchants, wallets, and other use cases offered by networks.
What you will be doing at VGS...
- Product Strategy: Define product technical requirements, prioritize features, and create product roadmaps to align with business objectives and customer needs. Being able to work with Major network partners and the payment gateway enablers
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market and customer feedback, validate solutions, and ensure feature development and platform capabilities are aligned with business objectives.
- API Development: Define API interfaces, and functional requirements, and create detailed feature specifications for development teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Testing, Project Management, Legal, Security, etc.) to deliver against the product roadmap.
- Launch and Support: Own launch-related activities, including customer onboarding, integration support, creating implementation guides, and training.
- Customer Engagement: Create effective customer presentations and work with engineering on API documentation to support customer integrations.
- Performance Analysis: Define and track KPIs and analytics to report product performance, inform decision-making, and guide future roadmap.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate new features and roadmaps to various stakeholders and provide updates to management.
What we are looking for from you (Requirements)
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital product development, product management, or related functions, with a focus on launching new initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in defining, developing, and delivering highly scalable API-driven services in B2B, B2C, E-Commerce, Payments, or Financial Services.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to develop features and user interfaces that drive excellent customer experience, strong value proposition, and scale.
- Leadership: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, metrics-focused, and results-driven with the ability to lead operational execution.
- Collaboration: Highly proactive, customer-focused, agile mindset, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Background: Technical background and strong technical competence with the ability to read technical specifications and engage in technical tradeoff discussions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with authentication services or digital payment capabilities.
- Technical competence in eCommerce checkout, digital wallets, or digital payment products.
- Knowledge of EMV, 3DS, tokenization, and other related specifications.
- Experience with cloud-native applications, highly scalable and high-performance global platforms, and APIs.
