Job Description
Are you a proactive, dynamic, and autonomous leader with a passion for building products from scratch? We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and is ready to take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from ideation to execution. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys spotting problems, devising solutions, and driving impact by influencing teams to make the best decisions for the users and the product.
As a key player in our AdTech landscape, you will work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation. We need someone who’s not afraid to push boundaries, make bold decisions, and inspire others to follow their lead. If you're a self-starter who loves creating processes, learning on the go, and working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centric solutions, this is the challenge you've been waiting for!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the product roadmap for the short, medium and long term, informed by data, experimentation, market analysis and focused primarily on the needs of our customers
- Write and validate functional specifications for the Data and Engineering team.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with commercial, engineering, data science, infrastructure, marketing and design teams to ensure we develop the right features and that once developed they impact business performance.
- Support the commercial teams with quality assurance of our products.
- Define and track the KPIs required to understand product performance throughout the entire cycle (from conception to maturity).
- Coach other PMs in the product management processes.
- Define processes for the product management function.
Qualifications
- Self-Starter: You’re a decision-maker who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
- Creative Problem Solver: Able to spot user and product issues and bring innovative solutions to the table.
- Leadership: You have the ability to rally cross-functional teams and drive alignment on product goals.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Experience building products from scratch or improving existing ones in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable working on complex, technical products and willing to dive into the details.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills in English, capable of influencing both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- AdTech Experience: Familiarity with the AdTech industry is a plus, as is experience mentoring product management professionals.
