Job Description:
Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is a global scale IT distributor guiding innovation across the channel. We help vendors and IT providers grow by providing deep technical expertise, innovative, real-world solutions and digital platforms.
What will you do?

  • Identify key markets, new customers, and develop strategic relationships in the assigned territory for solution-based selling, addressing business challenges and driving customer satisfaction through supply chain and value-added services.
  • Leverage experience in technical or engineering environments with a strong knowledge of pricing models in the electronics industry to manage vendor and customer interactions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, lead internal and customer-facing quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Promote Arrow's value-added services, supply chain solutions, and full life cycle programs, utilizing proficiency in Salesforce.com and Oracle to manage sales tracking and supplier relationships.
  • Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable earnings tied to sales-related goals
  • Leverage experience in giving presentations for end customers or resellers


What are we looking for?

  • Knowledge with Microsoft Azure is a must
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience with Microsoft
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Sales field
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Ability to solve complex problems by applying new perspectives to existing solutions.
  • Contributes to process improvements and uses existing solutions to resolve issues.
