To help us fulfill this mission, we're looking for a Product Manager to join our team. This will be a contract role to start with the potential to convert to full-time employment. The Product Manager helps build out features and functionality for our medical education products. Key priorities for this role include marketing and scaling high-impact features to create even more value for our users, driving roadmap priorities, and building measurements of success.

What Excellence Looks Like in This Role

  • Fully owning the definition through commercial launch of new product/features on our B2C and B2B platform

  • Using customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and business goals to define product vision and roadmap priorities 

  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build, test, measure, and drive results

  • Proactively defining and tracking product or program success metrics that ladder to output metrics

  • Driving product vision, strategy, and technical requirements, and evangelizing the outcomes to the company and our users

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a product manager or owner developing B2B or B2C SaaS applications

  • Strong SDLC skills, with the proven ability to convey the context behind and user objective behind every feature

  • Ability to define clear requirements and acceptance criteria for developers and automated test engineers in a continuous integration or continuous delivery environment

  • Experience defining features using APIs and related integration methods between one or multiple platforms

  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and represent the team and its deliverables

  • Experience working in agile (or related) development frameworks

  • Experience engaging customers to conduct research, feature definition, and in launching features

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with technical and non-technical members of the organization, including senior management

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent relevant experience

Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart

  • A high level of organization, self-motivation, and comfort managing multiple concurrent assignments 

  • Knowledge of higher education or healthcare education spaces

  • Experience with digital content products

  • Familiarity with PowerBI or similar Enterprise BI platforms

  • Professional, personable, and flexible personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment

Employee Benefits

  • Competitive compensation: $115,000-$140,000 per year (full-time) depending on experience. Contractor rates are $70-$80 per hour.
