Study.com is looking for a B2C Product Manager to lead consumer-facing web and app initiatives We are looking for a creative, innovative, data-driven PM that can think outside the box, execute fast, and achieve high impactYou’ll work at both a strategic and tactical level; turning data, user research, and intuition into products that millions of teachers and students will want to use to achieve their learning goals.   

This role is based in our Mountain View, CA office and is hybrid in office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Foster organizational alignment to ensure support of product strategy and roadmap priorities 
  • Lead a cross functional SCRUM team in the role of Product Owner. 
  • Create user stories and manage the backlog to prioritize and plan the product roadmap 
  • Evaluate performance metrics to measure the success and impact of new features  
  • Work with partners and stakeholders in an iterative process that combines qualitative user feedback, quantitative data, and structured A/B testing 

What You’ll Bring To The Role: 

  • Minimum 3 years product management experience 
  • Successful track record of defining, building, and launching B2C products  
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and leading scrum teams 
  • Experience using AI for general product management as well as building AI into product features 
  • Ability to use quantitative data and customer feedback to prioritize resources and quantify impacts 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to leadership 
  • Experience with SEO, growth and large scale a/b testing in a B2C business preferred 

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 per year. Pay and is dependent upon factors including skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
