JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE :
The Product Manager for Abbott`s PCIO products (Imaging & Physiology) lines will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, market positioning, and overall success of these advanced medical technologies. This role involves establishing, directing, and coordinating marketing activities for the products, ensuring alignment with sales and related activities such as advertising, public relations, and strategy implementation to achieve product marketing objectives.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for FFR and OCT product lines.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business goals.
Product Launch and Management:
- Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring timely and successful market entry.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and phase-outs.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize market presence.
Sales and Marketing Coordination:
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tools.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for sales representatives.
Customer Engagement and Support:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers and sales teams.
Regulatory and Compliance:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management
MINIMUM SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION REQUIRED :

- Relevant Academic Degrees: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
- Organizational and Planning Skills: Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating and delivering effective presentations.
- Team and Solution Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment,
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- 6~8+years’ of relevant experience in the field or in a related area.
- Experiences at global matrix organization & healthcare MNC is a plus
- Prefer a variety of program users (Veeva, One force, Power BI)
