Primary Job Function:

Overall responsibilities for the success of brands, which included issuing monthly proposed forecast, developing promotional materials and marketing programs, organizing product launch activities, developing training materials & conducting product raining, organizing academic functions to medical professionals.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate New Product Opportunities that are presented form the Region, based on understanding of the Marketing Size, Competitor Activity, and understanding of the doctor prescribing behavior across the channels.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing strategies, advertising and promotion programs and ensure their execution.
  • Analyze market trends and sales potential.
  • Maintain contact with key customers to follow up promotion efforts and keep informed on needs of the customers.
  • Develop methods of field-test on merchandising programs to determine customer acceptance, evaluate effectiveness for promotion efforts and keep informed on needs of the various market segments.
  • Review the performance of existing product sales by territory and customer as appropriate, submit recommendation for change in the marketing plan to remedy the situation.
  • Develop promotional materials and marketing programs in accordance with cycle product promotion.
  • Drive strong execution Programs to the field through structured communication and collaboration with the Sales Managers and Sales teams.
  • Organize new product launch and all related activities including clinical trials, seeding programs and detailing cycles.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities through routine joint visits with field force. Provide technical/academic information to assist field force on product promotion and handling competition.
  • Develop training materials and conduct refresher-training courses to field force.
  • Communicate with headquarters with respect to product developments.
  • Development of Multiple Channel Engagement platform to help the field team.
  • Report any product quality complaints and adverse events to Quality Assurance and Affiliate Safety Representative respectively.

Position Accountability/Scope:

  • This position reports to Marketing Manager.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.

Minimum Experience/Training Required:

  • At least 3 years of product management, marketing experience preferably in Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in marketing of ethical products to health care professionals.
  • Innovative marketing strategies to drive the sales profit.
  • Strong analytical mind to resolve business challenges and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivated.
  • Passion for the business and willing to go for extra mile.
  • Preferable good communication in English and Chinese.
