We are looking for a Product Manager to join the team and reinforce our user-driven approach. This role will make an impact by driving the user interviews, requirements, and ensuring best in class features are built and delivered - the kind that help software engineers across the globe! The role also comes with the tremendous opportunity to establish the foundation for a more lovable user experience. As a small, fast-paced startup, we aim to respond quickly to customer requests and rapidly define, design and develop greenfield features. If you have experience shipping products for developers as users and enjoy working at a fast paced startup we’d like to meet you.

Requirements

Technical understanding of DevOps, SaaS, Cloud

Experience with product management for developer tooling for technical users

Proficient at

  • gathering requirements from users through engaging user interviews,
  • synthesizing requirements into detailed PRDs,
  • relaying all the relevant information and motivations behind each feature request,
  • representing the user (developers and DevEx teams) in the development process and
  • closing the loop with users to validate that the right features have been built

2-5 years of product management experience

Motivated, Curious, Hungry, and Driven for a good product and user experience

Ability to work independently as well as with users across timezones

Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - design, engineering, customer success, sales

Good time-management skills
