Position Description

As a Product Manager for Workflow Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovative end-to-end business solutions that leverage advanced technologies. You will partner closely with both business and technology teams to design and implement scalable, low-touch automation solutions that significantly enhance operational efficiency and improve business outcomes.  This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of workflow transformation, and a passion for leading teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead Workflow Initiatives: Spearhead the design, delivery, and adoption of workflow transformation initiatives using technologies such as Appian, robotic process automation (RPA), AI/NLP-driven processing, and Python-based automation.

  • Project Management: Define cross-functional dependencies, identify key milestones, and manage critical paths to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to align on project scope, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure the delivery of measurable business value.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop customized delivery strategies and incremental project plans that align with transformation objectives and drive continuous improvement.

  • Change Management: Champion change management initiatives and promote user adoption, ensuring the smooth integration of solutions into business operations and fostering a culture of innovation

  • Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to evaluate the success of workflow transformation initiatives and continuously seek opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience. 

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in program, product, or project management, or related business experience, with a track record of successful project delivery.

  • Appian Certified or a minimum 5 years of experience developing within the Appian environment.

  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code workflow tools and their application in business processes.

  • Strong understanding of agile project management principles and practices, with experience in leading agile teams.

  • Exceptional analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive business success

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change in a dynamic environment.

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.


Salary Range: $ 137,500.00 - $ 195,000.00
