Job Summary:
As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking- Data and Analytics, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a product strategy and vision that effectively delivers value to customers and aligns with the broader objectives of the data organization.
  • Manage discovery efforts and conduct market research to uncover customer solutions and seamlessly integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Own and maintain a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition, enabling effective development.
  • Build a framework to accurately track key success metrics such as cost, features, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Partner with technology, business, and analyst teams to ensure successful product execution and adoption, and work closely with design teams to provide clear requirements based on user research.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of product users through interviews, usage data analysis, and market trend synthesis.
  • Manage business stakeholders' requirements to support their core needs and align them with ongoing development work.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a product role with a strong track record of product deliveries.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently own products or a portfolio of products end-to-end.
  • Technical expertise in AWS, Big Data, and Snowflake, with experience in data management, data lineage, data strategy, and modernization.
  • Experience collaborating with strong developer and data science communities.
  • Ability to navigate and work effectively in complex and fast-moving environments.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Agile methodologies, with experience in developing clear and concise requirements.
  • Understanding of Knowledge Graphs is advantageous.
  • Experience with Streaming Data is beneficial.

The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.
