As a Product Manager in Learn, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Your passion for creating impactful learning solutions and strong understanding of adult learning theory and application will help drive an exceptional learner experience and lead to measurable business impact.
Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Leads the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborates with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging learning experiences.
  • Works closely with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with product requirements and user needs.
  • Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to drive product success.
  • Analyzes user feedback and data to continuously improve the product and enhance the learner experience.
  • Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of learning initiatives.
  • Uses data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product features. Prepares and presents regular reports on product performance and user engagement.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products that enhance user experience.
  • Strong understanding of learning technologies, instructional design, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Figma, etc.).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and techniques to drive product innovation, enhance efficiency, and boost productivity.
  • Ability to identify AI-driven opportunities, implement AI solutions in product development, and leverage AI insights for strategic decision-making.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Knowledge of learning development applications like Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, etc.
  • Experience identifying and communicating the impact of learning development solutions.
