Job Description
Are you passionate about bridging the gap between Product Management, Marketing & Sales? Do you thrive on creating structure, driving collaboration, and ensuring alignment across teams?
As a Product Manager in the Strategic Product Management Office, you will play a critical role in empowering our Product Management department to work seamlessly – within the department and with our stakeholders (especially Sales & Marketing). By driving key initiatives and improving processes, you’ll help ensure our strategies translate into impactful actions.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy Coordination
- Lead strategic projects in Product Management to improve & support product sales and drive overarching sales success.
- Coordinate the Product Management strategy with Sales objectives and the Marketing strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Actively advocate for and explain Product Management improvements.
- Coordinate and enhance communication within the Product Management department and across teams.
- Foster strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to ensure alignment on key goals and strategies.
Sales Enablement and Support
- Collaborate on creating tools and workflows that streamline Sales and Product Management processes.
- Enable and create actionable guidance from Product Management to Sales & Marketing.
- Drive improvements in sales facing frameworks and tools (e.g. naming, quoting systems).
- Refine and further develop the in-house visit concept to maximize value for customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales or Project Management, preferably in a MedTech environment.
- Familiarity with Product Management methodologies, Sales enablement strategies, and Sales tools.
- Exceptional communication (Full professional proficiency in English, German is a plus).
- Proficiency in project management.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and asset management systems is a plus.
- Talent in organization and structure, knack for strategic thinking and problem solving.
- Assertive, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
