Product Manager - Senior Associate

Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and accountable Product Manager Senior Associate with a strong technical background and a commercialization approach. The candidate will manage transactional products such as Pay Out and Tax Payments; ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy with a focus on transactional products.
• Proactively gather and prioritize customer requirements and market needs.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analytics.
• Ensure products meet compliance and regulatory standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Experience around Payments, particularly with transactional products
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude.
• Experience with client facing approach.
