As a Product Manager in Home lending team , you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. The Home Lending line of business is taking on a progressive transformation agenda to modernize our sales and marketing technology. You will lead the development of our lead optimization solution utilizing Salesforce Servicing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and modern architecture to deliver solutions to optimize lead routing, prioritization and contact strategy.
Job responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic development, ongoing refinement & execution of lead optimization strategies geared to improving customer experience, increase advisor efficiency and improve lead conversion.
  • Work across all areas of Home Lending including Marketing, Sales, Technology and Decision Science to develop and execute on new creative ways to optimize the sales pipeline.
  • Understand the business vision and write up new requirements to bring back to technology for design and refinement.
  • Create and manage the product backlog delivering key features to the business
  • Manage existing features and actively lead the research definition and development of new features to advance the product roadmap
  • Quantify the value proposition of key initiatives by connecting the dots between those initiatives and improvements to the Sales organization.
  • Partner with area product owners and product analysts to progress the product roadmap; act as voice of the customer and help to drive product vision


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce: Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud knowledge
  • 5+ years' experience in developing and executing on product roadmaps
  • Good communication skills to interact with Senior Management
  • Experience in delivering feature/functionality in an agile environment


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in Home Lending Loan Originations is preferred
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
