As a Product Manager Robotics PL EE, you'll report directly to Business Unit Manager Orthopaedics CEE, embodying our core values of Care, Collaboration, and Courage.
In this role you will be responsible and accountable for the management and growth of an assigned market segment and product line(s) in support of the overall Company/Divisional strategy the markets.
Product Manager Robotics PL EE will be responsible for supporting the country's needs and strategy, building key customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities with major healthcare funders.
Location:Poland
Travel requirements: approx. 50%
What will you be doing?
- Sales & Relationship Management: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with key customers in Poland and Eastern Europe. Support Country Managers and distributor's teams in providing tailored solutions for the priority customers.
- Product Launch: Assist in planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring successful market entry and mitigating existing product cannibalization. Collaborate with other functions to identify new markets, prepare the business plan and ensure internal approval to start the business.
- Regulatory: Work with regulatory affairs team to ensure the product registration is aligned with the commercial plans.
- Market Insight: Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, including customer profiles, business potential, purchasing processes, competitor activities (including product lines, pricing and market share) and market trends. Utilize this information to develop strategic plans for market growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve targets: Revenue and Profitability. Identify and prioritize target customers in PL and EE.
What will you need to be successful?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Devices Sales & Marketing within the medical industry
- Proven expertise in product management, marketing, and successful product launches
- Strong ability to navigate complex sales processes, including analytics and multi-stakeholder decision-making in hospital settings
- Demonstrated leadership skills in influencing and motivating teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
- In-depth knowledge of Recon and Robotics, with the ability to effectively present and demonstrate products
