Job Description

The Product Manager, Reporting is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our reporting products. This includes identifying customer needs, defining product strategy, and overseeing development and delivery. The incumbent leverages a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and passion for data-driven decision-making.

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features

• Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality reporting solutions

• Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and integrity

• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback

• Present complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

• Ensure product is aligned with business goals and requirements

• Collaborate closely with engineering, reporting and business teams to remove roadblocks from development path

• Develop and drive metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role

• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle

• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams

• Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies

• Strong presentation skills with a proven ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms

• Successful track record designing, developing, and executing critical complex projects in more than one area of functional expertise

• Self-motivated, results oriented with a commitment to excellence

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience

• Proficiency in using Power BI to create data models, visualizations and reports

• Experience in writing complex SQL queries against relational databases

• Experience with data modeling, visualization, and reporting techniques

• 1-3 years of experience in a business intelligence, financial analysis, or reporting role

• Strong business acumen and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive initiatives forward

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.

$77,560.00 - $129,260.00
