Purpose:

Revvity Signals Sofware is seeking a Product Manager to support the development of scientific workflows for process development, CMC, and manufacturing in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries, including biopharma.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in bioprocessing, CMC, process engineering, laboratory informatics, or manufacturing operations who are eager to transition into product management. You will help define and shape digital solutions workflows that improve process tracking, data management, workflow automation, and regulatory compliance across R&D, process development, tech transfer, and commercial manufacturing.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, UX/UI, scientific experts, and customers to gather requirements, prioritize features, and support the development that streamline process execution, ensure data integrity, and facilitate scale-up and manufacturing readiness. This is a remote-friendly position with occasional travel for customer visits and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining product requirements for workflow design, execution, management, and data capture in research, bioprocess development, CMC, MSAT, and manufacturing environments.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate scientific and operational needs into software features.
  • Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and manufacturing teams to identify challenges in process tracking, scale-up, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive solutions for scientists.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality product development aligned with industry needs.
  • Support product roadmap planning by analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and user needs in bioprocess development, CMC, and manufacturing software.
  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and go-to-market strategies for new software features.
  • Assist in defining data integration strategies for connecting process management tools with LIMS, ELNs, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Participate in customer interviews, beta testing, and validation activities to refine product offerings.
  • Ensure product alignment with regulatory and quality requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines) where applicable.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master or PH’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bioinformatics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in bioprocess development, CMC, process engineering, laboratory informatics, or manufacturing operations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with process tracking, DOE (Design of Experiments), tech transfer, and scale-up/scale-down workflows is a plus.
  • Understanding of bioprocess development workflows, CMC strategies, and regulatory challenges in biopharma, pharma, or adjacent industries.
  • Basic knowledge of data management, RESTful APIs, and laboratory/manufacturing software integration is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate scientific workflows into digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and software product lifecycle management is a plus.
  • This is a remote-friendly position with occasional travel for customer visits and team collaboration.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on cutting-edge digital solutions that drive innovation in process development, CMC, and manufacturing to a Signals platform
  • Collaborate with scientists, process engineers, and software developers to create impactful products.
  • Work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with a focus on solving real-world industry challenges.
