The position
As Product Manager you will be part a cross-functional team to implement the obesity strategy, projects, ensure seamless execution, innovative ideas across Health Care Professional - patient journey steps, and drive change to defeat the chronic disease. The position involves brand management, stakeholder engagement to making improvements for the benefit of the patients. You will be reporting to the Senior Product Manager. The position based in Hungary.
Your responsibilities included but not limited to:• Participation in developing and implementation of strategic and tactical plans of the obesity portfolio, including market segmentation and scenario planning.• Leverage customer insights from both patients and healthcare professionals to make informed decisions.• Ensure the execution of marketing plans, coworking with cross functional team on challenges, risks, and outcomes.• Communicate brand strategy and key messages to ensure organizational understanding with patient journey leverage points.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following qualifications:
• University degree (medical/pharmacist and/or marketing).• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (advantage healthcare or consumer goods industries), with a proven track record in customer-facing roles. • Experience in evaluating return on investment for marketing tactics, assessing new sales channels across private, public, online, and offline sectors, and possessing market research understanding.• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience in tailoring content to specific audiences.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Open to challenges and innovation • Proactive behaviour• Fluent English

The obesity business unit in Hungary is responsible for building the relevant strategies related to addressing one of the most prevalent chronic diseases in the country, where we are concerned with helping people living with obesity across their treatment journey, also working with a wide range of stakeholders to develop this important therapy area to change the lives of millions living with Obesity in Hungary.
