What We're Looking For

We are looking for a product marketing manager to define and execute go-to-market strategies for Lightning AI’s innovative platform. This is an opportunity to shape how we communicate the value of our platform and transform the machine-learning ecosystem.

You will be joining the Product Team and report to our Chief Operations Officer, Priya Shivakumar. This is a hybrid role based in either our New York City or Palo Alto office with in-office requirements of 2 days per week. The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $220,000. 

What You’ll Do

  • Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for Lightning AI products, tailored to specific target audiences and market segments.
  • Define and execute product launches, ensuring alignment across engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer interviews to inform product development, positioning, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Create sales tools, training, and collateral that empower the sales team to effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-quality materials, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and presentations
  • Build relationships with key customers to develop testimonials, case studies, and success stories that highlight the impact of Lightning AI.
  • Track the performance of product marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and maximize impact.

What You’ll Need

  • 7-10+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a b2b technical SaaS product. Experience in AI/ML products is a strong plus.
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a growing startup.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to craft messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
  • Proven track record in working cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and sales team
  • Proficiency in conducting and leveraging market research and data analysis to inform product marketing strategies.
