Snap’s Augmented Reality team invents the immersive camera experiences that are at the core of our products. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the Lens Studio team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:

Own and execute on your vision for our industry-leading AR authoring tool, Lens Studio

Combine your technical background, design experience and passion for great developer tools to build out an ambitious roadmap that inspires creators and elevates the SnapAR brand

Get deep in the weeds with developers – build Lenses so you can speak their language

Deeply understand our business priorities and push forward initiatives that matter while ruthlessly cutting those that do not

Buck trends; be a leader and influencer in the wider XR landscape

Stay abreast of new technologies and look for ways to incorporate them in our products

Evaluate tradeoffs, making decisions that balance the diverse needs of AR creators and developers across our entire ecosystem – Snapchat, Spectacles and Camera Kit

Build close relationships with the engineers and designers who make Lens Studio, as well as our partners in dev rel and product marketing to drive successful execution of initiatives

Execute throughout the product lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing specs to creating wireframes, running experiments, analyzing data, and coordinating launch plans with marketing and other teams
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

AR/VR & AI
-
3D engines (Unity, Unreal), and/or XR engines and frameworks

Design tools; Figma or similar

Ability to define and analyze success metrics and input metrics

Ability to think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking

Skilled in interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organization

Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis
Minimum Qualifications:
-
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
-
4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $168,000-$252,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $160,000-$239,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $143,000-$214,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
