Job Description

At Aperia Solutions, we are at the forefront of revolutionizing SaaS technologies through intelligent automation and data insights. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager specializing in government solutions and cloud innovations, who will play an integral role in advancing our products

The Senior Product Manager will spearhead the strategy, management, development and execution of technology roadmaps for all Government Defense & Security (GDS) products. Collaborating with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams, you will design and implement groundbreaking solutions that meet the specific needs of government entities while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will be pivotal in fostering customer success and driving innovation in our product portfolio.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate a coherent product vision and roadmap focused on government solutions .
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market trends, regulatory requirements, and government demands.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on stakeholder input, ensuring adherence to public sector standards.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, emphasizing continuous improvement and next-generation applications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions on schedule and within budget, while adhering to necessary protocols.
  • Collect and analyze insights from stakeholders to ensure product offerings exceed their expectations and requirements.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to drive ongoing improvements and operational excellence.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, providing transparent progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver demos related to specific opportunities and customer use cases

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools, such as Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and government procurement processes.
  • Collaborative and able to work in geographically dispersed team environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in software development, particularly in government, defense, or security industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing innovative SaaS products.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Product Management Certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM).
  • Experience in law enforcement or other investigative positions

Education and Certifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
