The CareIntellect Oncology team helps hospitals and health systems care for cancer patients more efficiently, effectively, and with higher quality. We coordinate scattered healthcare data, complex protocols, and adherence to care and offer a real-time collaboration and decision-making platform at the Oncology department level.
As an MBA intern, you will help the CareIntellect Oncology product differentiate, discover new use cases, and deliver the next generation of customer value. You will be uniquely positioned to advance the future of clinical and operational innovation. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with providers, engineers, designers, marketing, and more across the entire product development lifecycle. You may lead market and user research and manage diverse stakeholders.
We are seeking a talented and motivated MBA intern to join our product team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital health solutions and gain hands-on experience in product management, technology, strategy, and innovation.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and execute product strategies for CareIntellect Oncology.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target user personas and market opportunities.
  • Assist in developing value propositions, cost/pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support prioritizing product features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Contribute to the creation of product documentation, presentations, and reports.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program focusing on business, technology, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional work experience, which occurred after completing your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or master's program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Passion for digital health, cloud computing, and AI technologies.
  • 5+ years of previous experience in product management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows and deployment scenarios.
  • Experience owning technical product lifecycle, including product roadmap and feature prioritization.
  • Experience working with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS product, feature, or service.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. GEHC may agree to sponsor an individual for an employment visa now or in the future if there is a shortage of individuals with particular skills.
  • While GEHC does not currently require U.S. employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19, some GEHC customers have vaccination mandates that may apply to certain GEHC employees.

The pay range for this position is $45-60/hr.
