The iGaming Product Manager will work with internal and external clients of Pavilion Payments to define, document, and commercialize products and solutions in our digital gaming (iGaming) market vertical. This role requires a vision that aligns with several core principals of Pavilion Payments including rapid development methodologies; innovative thinking; adherence to payment standards for security and compliance; gaming industry standards and regulations; emerging standards and regulations. The iGaming Product Manager helps set direction for this space with the goal to become a market leader of payment technologies and services in both the iGaming and Casino markets.
The product manager position is that of a strategic product entrepreneur, blending disciplines of subject matter expertise (knowledge in the technical and business aspects of the product, industry, market, and technology) and functional expertise (the ability to use tools and execute techniques, processes, and tasks) to create winning products. This role will be responsible for the execution and delivery of best-in-class solutions that suit the identified use cases. As our product portfolio addresses the multiple payment and payment service needs of our client base, a strong security culture must permeate our solution requirements. Stronger authentication controls and capabilities must be top of mind during this expansion of technology which extends to consumer devices and across adjacent channels.
The iGaming Product Manager role will report directly to the VP of Product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with product architects, sales and customer success to create a product roadmap that will lead Pavilion Payments iGaming product offering to a position of leadership in the gaming space
- Partner with the internal PMO group to be the “face of Product management” throughout the product life cycle.
- Demonstrate an attention to detail on all aspects of the product life cycle and maintain a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Accountable for all aspects of the product development lifecycle including but not limited to: market analysis, strategic product vision, product roadmaps, product solutions, personas and delivery, go to market strategies, product pricing and profitability, product support and product decommissioning decisions
- Market Research: Identify the market opportunities along with user and buyer needs to craft a Marketing Requirements Document (MRD) that includes financial opportunities and drivers. Understanding of the market will help drive the strategic product vision.
- Product Roadmap: Clearly depicting the short-term tangible product deliverables and the long view aspirational direction. The roadmap needs to include considerations for resource planning and the communication link with product development and others
- Product Solutions and Delivery: On-time, high quality deliver through well-defined product requirement documents (PRDs)
- GTM, Pricing, Support: Accountability for determining solutions to bring product solutions to market including appropriate pricing and support models. Additionally responsible for supporting products through product growth while maintaining a detailed understanding of profitability.
- Engage with customers, vendors, security & compliance professionals, gaming industry standards professionals and other relevant contributors to understand the key drivers in the digital iGaming space.

- Must be able to travel by car or airplane on short notice. Travel can be as much as 10%-25% from time to time.
- Must be able to qualify for and maintain gaming licenses in multiple jurisdictions.
Qualification and Experience:
- 7- 10+ Years working in a similar senior product management role accountable for all aspects of the product delivery lifecycle
- 3- 5+ Years working in Online Sports Betting / iGaming Industry (required) and experience with regulated gaming entities
- Extensive electronic payment knowledge particularly different payment, disbursement and settlement methods (Card, ACH, APMs etc.)
- Proficient at building out detailed business cases
- Working knowledge of Microsoft AZDO (a plus)
- Passion for product delivery from inception to full commercialization
- Analytic skills to track product performance
- At least 5+ years with Agile and leveraging product life cycle best practices
- Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting to upper management, clients, etc.
