Product Manager - Toronto
Hybrid - 2 days a week in office
Salary range: $105,800 - $129,400

We are searching for a Product Manager to join our Team in Toronto. As the PM in Canada, you will help shape the direction of the product, turning business and user insights into actionable product roadmaps, working collaboratively with a full-stack team on the ground in Toronto to deliver impact for our users and our partners. This is a role for someone who enjoys operating with a start-up mentality, is highly collaborative, hungry to learn and a structured thinker.
What you’ll do:
- Work hands on with cross-functional teams to build engaging product experiences that motivate and enable users to improve their financial well-being
- Advocate for users’ needs by generating and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to drive the long-term vision for our product
- Build and develop the Canadian product roadmap
- Define KPIs and be responsible for measuring and tracking, adjusting the roadmap as data dictates
- Be the voice of the user and our partners in all that we do
- Collaborate with ClearScore's Global Teams to share Canada’s vision and influence prioritization and design decisions
- Report to the Head of Canada
You're a fit for the role if you present most of the following:
- At least 3 years of Product Management experience
- Experience within financial services and/or working on a consumer facing mobile app
- Enjoy getting into the technical detail of how a product and/or experience is built
- Experience gathering user feedback on a product and transforming into insights and an actionable roadmap
- Passion and enthusiasm for the problems we are solving, with the ability to use creativity and initiative to achieve these goals
- Experience with data-driven decision-making is highly beneficial
- Comfort with ambiguity and readiness to take on full end-to-end ownership of your work, demonstrating a strong bias towards action
- Enjoy working with a diverse group of people

Our Hybrid Model
We embrace a dynamic hybrid work environment that balances flexibility with collaborative in-person experiences. Our approach is designed to foster innovation, team connection, and individual productivity.
- Levels 1-5: Minimum 2 days per week in-office
- Level 6 and above: Minimum 3 days per week in-office
