The Revenue Product team drives innovation and performance across our advertising platform, empowering businesses to achieve success and measurable growth through advertising on Snap. Our team combines Ads Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Science and Measurement, and Solutions Engineering to build solutions that deliver impactful results for advertisers. We ensure Snap's ad products are effective, efficient, and customer-centric, enabling businesses to connect meaningfully with our global community.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Prioritize features, build roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch impactful products within Snap’s advertising ecosystem.

  • Lead product areas aligned with your expertise, such as Brand & Sponsored AR, Retail Ads (DxA/DPA), App Ads, or Web Direct Response, delivering solutions that drive measurable results for advertisers.

  • Build trust and credibility through deep domain expertise, sound decision-making, and delivering high-quality outcomes that align with Snap’s broader revenue goals.

  • Partner with teams focused on platform and horizontal capabilities, including Ads Quality (Ranking, Targeting, Marketplace, and Ad Formats & Creatives), Signals and Measurement, Brand Profiles, and SMB Customer Growth, to ensure seamless execution and product scalability.

  • Drive collaboration across adjacent teams, including Product Marketing, Marketing Science, and Solutions Engineering, to align on priorities and ensure advertiser success.

  • Execute throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering requirements, writing specs, analyzing data, running experiments, and partnering on marketing and launch plans to bring products to market effectively.

  • Continuously innovate to improve Snap’s advertising platform, delivering products that are effective, efficient, and customer-centric.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates

  • Ability to think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking

  • Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

  • Skilled in concise communication and influencing outcomes

  • Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 2+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $142,000-$214,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$203,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $121,000-$182,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
