Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Work on the agile Software development lifecycle and work with the global Engineering team, AI/ML strategists and stakeholders. Conduct the following Technology Product ownership tasks - strategy, roadmap, and design. Define engineering stories. Conduct testing and release management. Gather Business requirements, validate design proposals and demonstrate software product deliveries. Conduct competitor analysis and industry research on toolsets to understand best practices. Triage product features by value, feasibility, and urgency. Report status and risk to Executive level employees. Define and track product Key Performance Indicators. Track Technology Regulation across 50+ national and regional jurisdictions. Document Technology Regulatory Change Management process so they may be reengineered or automated using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Source thousands of mandatory Financial Technology and Security Controls to validate completeness and accuracy of customized AIML models. Conduct technology Risk Management through advanced reporting and analytics. Stay abreast of latest AIML Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models to align needs of Cybersecurity and Technology Controls. Collaborate with executive stakeholders to identify and define opportunities from AIML. Partner with engineering and data science teams to translate the business use-case and product requirements into technical requirements for software, hardware, cloud and AIML models. Conduct usage and user analytics. Define JPMC's user experience and user interface guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field of study plus 6 (Six) years of experience in the job offered or as Product Management, Software Engineer, IT/Programmer Analyst, Computer Systems Analyst, IT Associate/Consultant, Technical Lead, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Product research, roadmap planning, analysis, technical writing and marketing; Agile and SCRUM methodology; Identification, impact assessment and change management for emerging technical regulations and legal requirements; Database design and querying skills; Deploying and configuring applications on Private cloud infrastructure; GRC software Applications such as Archer, Metricstream or SAI 360; Deploying AIML Models onto AWS Sagemaker or internal Private Cloud environments; Training and testing of Large Language and Machine learning models; Code version tracking using GITHUB or Subversion; Change and incident management using ServiceNow; Using Postman to test and validate Web Services including REST API; Enterprise Design Tools including Figma, Axure or Microsoft Visio.
