Position overview


As a Team Lead, Product Management, you will lead and inspire a team of product managers to deliver exceptional products that delight our customers and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing the team work, and ensuring alignment between product vision, business objectives, and customer needs.



What will be your responsibilities ?


Team Leadership:


Hire, manage and develop a high-performing team of product managers and product marketing managers.

Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.


Stakeholder Management:


Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.

Effectively communicate product strategy and plans to stakeholders at all levels.

Address stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts to ensure project success.


Process Improvement:


Continuously improve product management processes and methodologies.

Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and implement best practices.


As the team leader, you will also be responsible for ensuring the team effectively accomplishes the following missions:


Product Strategy:


Help to define the product vision and roadmap with executives, prioritizing features and setting clear goals.

Execute the product strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.


Product Development:


Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) to ensure smooth product development.

Define product requirements and user stories, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success.​​


Product Marketing and Sales Enablement:


Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective go-to-market strategies.

Create compelling product messaging and positioning.

Develop sales enablement materials, such as sales decks and product demos.

Train the sales team on product features and benefits.

Support sales efforts by providing product insights and answering customer questions.



What are the requirements for the role?


Proven experience in product management (at least 5 years), with a strong track record of delivering successful products in particular in building a data product 

Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor teams (at least 3 years experience)

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.

Experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making.

Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
