Progress Residential is hiring a Summer intern for our product management and digital team. The Internship will provide a unique experience and invaluable look into our growing portfolio of single-family properties across the US and how we operate and manage these assets. The internship will accelerate your learning and development by providing you with a strong foundation upon which to understand the Single-Family Real Estate business as you develop your career. Program participants will receive real-world training and participate in networking and learning opportunities in an office or remote environment.

The summer internship will begin in June 2025 and end in August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with your assigned business units and participate in the day-to-day operations of the assigned group.

• Analyzing our digital analytics tools to pull insights on how we can improve upon the customer's digital experience

• Collecting business requirements for feature and functionality enhancements

• Assist with planning operations activities

• Engage with product execution teams to help facilitate roadmap planning

• Research new roadmap items in strategic teams

• Contribute to special projects in support of the business. Spend time rotating amongst the business unit to explore and expand your understanding of Progress and the SFR asset class.

• Contribute to special projects in support of the business.

Qualifications:

• The internship is designed for results-oriented and entrepreneurial candidates with a strong academic background, preferably in business or real estate.

• Applicants should be self-motivated, creative, disciplined ad exhibit a demonstrated interest in the real estate industry.

• Current student within an accredited college or university.  

• Experience with MS Office suite and knowledge of Salesforce or related systems.  

• Strong presentation skills

• Ability to network and develop strong relationships

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Solid written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
