About This Role
Join our innovative team at Circles as part of our New Business Build team which is the cornerstone for our innovation vertical, where we are committed to transforming the digital telco landscape. We are currently seeking a Product Manager intern to play be part of a key team in creating groundbreaking consumer products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key research questions and objectives related to product development, market strategy, and business operations.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including customer behavior, market trends, and operational metrics.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer preferences, and competitive advantages.
  • Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection methods to gather relevant insights.
  • Interpret data to derive meaningful conclusions and actionable recommendations for product enhancements, strategic direction, and operational improvements.
  • Support the development of data-driven product roadmaps by providing insights into customer needs and market gaps.
  • Collaborate with business operations teams to identify process inefficiencies and contribute to streamlining workflows.
  • Work with the team to create visually engaging reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of operational improvements and track their impact on key performance indicators.
  • Stay current with industry trends, data analytics best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas to the team.


Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel and SQL is a bonus.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Enthusiasm in adapting to new challenges in a dynamic environment and proactive in learning. 
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Preferably someone who is amenable to commit to a 6-month internship
