Job Description:
Product Line Manager (PLM) in Broadcom's Core Switching Group (CSG).
The PLM is responsible for driving new opportunities for CSG Switch & Router Devices with OEM, ODM, NOS partners as well as select End Customers, across all Networking segments including Service Provider, Enterprise, Data Center and AI/ML Cloud.
Job requirements -
Previous experience as PLM in lead Networking companies, Deep familiarity with End Customers in the Networking Space, Previous experience in defining and Marketing Routers and Switches. Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of related experience

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $153,000 - $245,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
