WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We're hiring for multiple openings on the Lifestyle Footwear team. You will work closely with your Product Management team cross-functional teammates in Merchandising, Design and Technical Design, Planning and Operational teams in order to lead the product creation cycle.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, or training
  • A minimum of 2 years directly related experience in product or industry adjacent roles.
  • Ability to guide multiple product creation timelines
  • Passion for product and understanding the Lifestyle Consumer. 
  • Outstanding attention to details and organizational skills.
  • Strong curiosity about people and Culture. Open mindedness for continual learning. 
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
  • Ability to travel up to 5-10%

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • You will support or lead the product creation workflow through data management and effective collaboration across cross-functional partners. 
  • You will be delivering on key dates and holding yourself accountable to be a great teammate.
  • You will be responsible for crafting insightful and impactful product briefs in partnership with their manager. 
  • Ability to analyze consumer and competitive trends in the market and bringing quality product to market that solves problems for our consumer and meets margin targets.
  •  You will ensure the accuracy of information in key systems, sample management, participating and conducting meetings and providing clear communication to guide cross functional teams thru critical checkpoints.
