About the team
At Stripe, product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, analytics, partnerships, legal, risk and go-to-market teams. You’d be joining a group of experienced Product Managers who have a track record of successfully building large-scale business and products that are collectively impacting millions of users around the world.
You will be joining Stripe’s Global Expansion & Growth team to help millions of merchants in Stripe’s global regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) consider, adopt and grow their business with Stripe’s full suite of financial products. Our team is responsible for improving and accelerating the full journey of our self-serve customers in our global regions, from consideration to long-term value, and is accountable for the self-serve business line as well as contributing to the sales pipeline – directly driving Stripe’s topline revenue targets.
In this role, you will develop and execute on Stripe’s strategy for when and how Stripe engages with customers across different automated and human-assisted channels (sales, support, automated chat, self-serve emails, …) to help them overcome awareness gaps and friction to derive more value from Stripe. You will align go-to-market teams on key customer milestones and experiences across these channels, and create a roadmap for seamlessly engaging customers in these experiences based on where they are in their journey. You will work closely with a cross-functional team across engineering, marketing, sales, data science, design and will be accountable for self-serve user growth and revenue outcomes.
What you’ll doResponsibilities
- You will build a deep understanding of our customers across different types of businesses, synthesizing data and research and experiments to outline different awareness gaps and frictions customers face.
- You will think holistically across the end to end journey of a customer with Stripe, and develop an opinionated strategy and roadmap for when and how we should engage customers across different automated and human-assisted channels (sales, support, self-serve emails, …) to address awareness gaps and friction points.
- You will work with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales and cross-functional product teams to execute on a roadmap for a centralized routing infrastructure, cohesive end customer experiences, and sales/marketing enablement - ultimately driving revenue outcomes for Stripe.

Minimum requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a product manager launching consumer or B2B products
- Experience with iterative hypothesis-driven product development and experimentation
- Experience working with a broad set of stakeholders and driving alignment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Takes an ownership mindset and works on whatever it takes to solve problems and delight user
- Spikes in cutting through ambiguity to produce strategic insights and opportunities
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working on product-led sales and growth problems (acquisition, conversion, retention) in EMEA, APAC or LATAM.
- Experience working with sales and marketing organizations at scale
