Job Description
Are you a proactive and collaborative leader with a passion for ensuring smooth product and process launches? We are looking for a Product Launch Manager to join our team and drive successful implementations with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
As a key player in our production team, you will take a charge of launching new products and processes on time, ensuring that all functions work together towards common goals. You’ll combine strategic thinking, project management, and teamwork to create seamless transitions from planning to full-scale production. You will report directly to Site Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate the launch of new products and processes, ensuring they are implemented according to the set schedule.
- Maintain and manage an activity list covering Quality, Health and Safety, Production, Technology, Supply Chain, and Project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure production goals, efficiency targets, and quality standards are met.
- Prioritize activities together with support functions and ensure clear expectations and timelines are set.
- Act as a key link between departments, ensuring that all identified activities are carried out effectively.
- Set requirements and provide guidance to keep work aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience with launching new products and processes.
- A technical background, preferably in engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

4.400 EUR/month, final offer depends on proven experience of successful candidate
The position is located in Malacky, close to Bratislava in Slovakia.
