Role:
Responsible to perform Mechanical Engineering task in the Screen product line (Screens, Centrifuges and Reflux Classifier, etc). These activities may be part of a Project work or development work. The responsibilities include the execution of a complete project consisting of all mechanical aspects of equipment along which includes on time, on budget, to specification and with quality.
Your responsibilities
As a Product Engineer, he/she will act as a product expert, leading the development and performance of products to ensure they meet quality and cost expectations. Key responsibilities include:

Applying mechanical engineering principles to develop products such as vibrating screens, vibrating feeders, and centrifuges.

Advising on the appropriate solutions, equipment, or products to propose for client needs.

Participating in design work and product customization.

Assisting operations in resolving manufacturing challenges and implementing cost-effective sourcing strategies.

Troubleshooting complex manufacturing and on-site issues.

Tailoring technical solutions to meet specific project requirements and customer needs.

Staying informed about competitor products, market trends, and client needs to adapt product functionality effectively.

Developing systems and methodologies to prevent or minimize technical issues, aiming to enhance product performance.

Representing and supporting both global and regional interests while ensuring compliance with FLS guidelines.

Actively contributing to a collaborative team environment to achieve team objectives.

Traveling as needed to engage with customers and suppliers for technical discussions, inspections, and troubleshooting.
What you bring

Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals.

Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
-
Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and PLM systems (preferably Enovia).

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and global quality standards.

Capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams to develop effective solutions to problems or design challenges.

Prior experience with vibrating equipment is highly desirable.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputed university.

Experience: Over 5 years of experience in designing industrial equipment.
