What You'll Do
Reporting into the Clinical Research Network Operations team, your top responsibility is to ensure that our cross-functional teams are able to translate our product strategy into action by enabling our customers to adopt and extract value from products and features throughout the product lifecycle. You will become one of the company's top subject matter experts in shaping and executing rollout strategies for new products and features across our core product lines, with a focus on our Clinical Research suite. In this role, you will own delivery of feature rollouts alongside partners on the Product, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to best support the change management for our customers and drive forward product outcomes. In this role, you will also have an opportunity to uplevel our existing product development and launch processes in service of improved product outcomes and customer experience.
More specifically, you will:
- Become an expert on our Clinical Research products and workflows, end users and decision-makers
- Shape how we build and scale cross-functional processes to support the rapid development of new features and products and the satisfaction of our customers
- Drive a metric-driven approach including capturing, reviewing, and analyzing data to help product managers make better-informed product decisions
- Develop customer-centric launch and enablement strategies that appreciate and mitigate potential user change management considerations and/or risks
- Become the voice of internal and external customers by synthesizing feedback into actionable themes, advocating for needs, and achieving buy-in from stakeholders to achieve goals
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to develop customer outcome metrics and internal tools for tracking them, creating leverage and transparency for Customer Success teams
- Post-launch, manage incoming customer feedback and issues and transitioning products/features to standard implementation
- You will lead efforts to nurture and manage cross-functional coordination to support the products in market by proactively assessing, and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis
Who You Are
You're a self-starter with 3+ years of operations, product, consulting and/or project management experience and sound strategic and operationally-oriented thinking. You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
- You have 3+ years of product or product operations experience
- You are a storyteller with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- You have the ability to effectively identify what's important and prioritize competing workstreams
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to deliver results
- You are able to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization, with particular skill in managing and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders to drive maximum efficiency
- You are able to intake diverse inputs and opinions and align stakeholders on a path forward
- You are highly adaptable to new challenges and able to flex seamlessly between high-level strategy and execution work required
Extra Credit
- Experience working in Clinical Research or in technology and software
- Experience experience in a customer facing role or in a data analytics role
- Experience working within healthcare industry, specifically working directly with providers and their care teams

Preferred Primary Location: NY hub
The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
