Product & Digital Manager
- Desarrollar y coordinar la implementación de estrategias de producto para garantizar competividad y rentabilidad a la Compañía.
- Mantener una constante visibilidad del mercado en términos de producto y precio así como propuesta de valor, generando reportes recurrentes que permitan nuevas estrategias o cambios tácticos para poder mantener la productividad de go to market.
- Definir las estrategias para el desarrollo de productos que impacten distintos momentos en el ciclo de vida del cliente de suscripción, incluyendo etapas de discovery, e-sales, self service, e-Care y recomendación.
- Mantener una continua comunicación con las áreas de MKT, Comunicaciones, Go to Market y Tigo Sport, con el fin de mantener la estrategia del Producto en sinergia con las unidades de negocio.
<>·<>·Elaborar modelos de rentabilidad y gestion financiera que impacten el P&L y procurar que las implementaciones comerciales(Producto) tengan efectos positivos en las finanzas del negocio.
- Generar valorar y oportunidades sobre la base de clientes a través de impulso de estrategias y campañas de retención, loyalty y upselling.
- Crear análisis y campañas que permitan monetizar la base de suscriptores, con nuevos productos y ARPU incremental.
- Implementar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a las estrategias de compras de add ons, generando reportes(P&L) que permitan mostrar la rentabilidad de los mismos en el negocio B2C.
- Liderar el lanzamiento de nuevas soluciones para completar el portafolio de productos, según el road map diseñado y en constante comunicación con los equipos de MKT.
- Responsable de los KPIS de producto:
- Revenue Home.
- RGUs
- Gross Margin por producto
- P&L Productos, add ons.
- ARPU HH
- LTVC.
- Administración de presupuesto de contenidos de programación, control de costos.
- Roadmap de Productos.
- Alianzas estratégicas con proveedores de servicios para ampliar nuestra oferta comercial.
- Detectar y capitalizar oportunidades de mercado
- Acompañar a la dirección de B2C en la estregia comercial, apoyando en la visión del negocio así como la implementación de la estrategia y los controles financieros.
- Análisis de tendencias de las líneas del negocio HFC, DTH, BBI, FONATEL.
- Análisis y seguimiento sobre el ARPU de cada línea del negocio y ARPU total, manteniendo un constante seguimiento sobre las variaciones de este desde una visión financiera y estratégica.
- Control y gestion financiera del programa Fonatel, planteando estrategias que ayuden a mitigar riesgos y mantener la gestion financiera de este.
- Monitorear y controlar el ingreso de proyectos especiales (Tigo Sports Resales y Fonatel) para asegurar el cumplimiento de Revenue de acuerdo con lo presupuestado.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los controles del área y coordinar el proceso de control interno para mejorar la nota de control de madurez del área.
