Responsibilities:

As a member of the Product Development team, within the Office of the Co-CEOs, this individual will play a key role in the design, development, and launch of new investment products. Responsibilities will include:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Product Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product concepts, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage the end-to-end product development process, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation and reports for internal review and regulatory submissions.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support and training to client-facing teams, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to successfully promote new products.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of launched products, recommending enhancements and adjustments as needed.

 

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, applicants should have the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in financial services or asset management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
  • Attributes:
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

 

 It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $110,000 to $125,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
