You will join a print-on-demand provider specializing in custom tech accessories for B2B. It has an integrated system that seamlessly links e-commerce shops to their platform, automating the entire process and offering a hassle-free solution for customization, drop shipping, and helping anyone monetize their creativity.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Product Development Manager at this startup is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind bringing innovative products to life, from concept through to launch. Your work will directly shape the success of our offerings, ensuring they meet high standards and stand out in the market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Lead projects from concept to final product delivery, tracking timelines and milestones
- Maintain communication with suppliers, negotiating terms while ensuring product quality
- Oversee product testing for fit, function, and quality, collaborating with relevant stakeholders
- Inspect samples at various stages, providing feedback and creating action plans for improvements
- Propose new product ideas and develop actionable execution plans
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Mid-level experience in product development (2-3 years)
- Familiarity with the apparel and textile industries is a strong advantage
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and product performance
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
- A passion for learning, creating, and innovating
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
SALARY: 2500 - 3500 EUR/month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
