Product Development Coordinator

Job Description

How you will fit in:

As the BOM Coordinator, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining BOMs for Men’s/Women’s Design from creation through the development process until final production. You will join an extremely fast-paced team of passionate and energetic creative individuals working towards our vision to be the world’s most fashionable, innovative and inclusive active-lifestyle brand. You will be a highly energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that understands our brand’s aesthetic and customer for Fabletics.

Who you will work with:

You will report to the Design Director and partner closely with a design point person within either men’s or women’s team.

What you will do:

• Maintain all BOMs throughout the development process including:
  • partnering with the Design Team to add colorways per style/component into Centric (PLM)
  • Update the BOMs weekly from vendor requested updates
  • Join remotely, when possible, to cross functional document alignment meetings after seasonal assortment and business reviews to update colorways and components.

What you can bring:

• 1+ year previous experience
• Intermediate knowledge of PLM systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent organization and communication skills – verbal & written
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment under pressure
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
• Ability to multi-task and adjust workload as a result of shifting priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships among team members, management and cross-functional teams
