Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Developer with strong UI/UX skills to join our personalization team. This is an exciting opportunity to redefine how products are configured, customized, and visualized using state-of-the-art AI technology.
AI for Product Personalization:
The traditional approach of relying on 3D models and real-time rendering for product configurators has inherent limitations, particularly in scalability and complexity. We believe that AI offers the opportunity to significantly enhance the customization experience by generating high-quality, realistic product visuals dynamically and intelligently. By leveraging AI, we aim to empower consumers and businesses to interact with products in ways that are more flexible, personalized, and responsive to their individual needs. This vision will revolutionize the product design process, providing seamless product variations with a fraction of the development time and effort required by conventional methods.
Key Responsabilités:

  • Design, develop, and train generative AI models (diffusion models, GANs, VAEs) for product customization and real-time image generation.
  • Collaborate with the product design team to segment product images and map customizable zones using AI-driven image processing and segmentation techniques.
  • Implement AI-based image synthesis to generate product variants, replacing traditional 3D rendering methods.
  • Research and integrate conditional generative models to allow real-time user control over product features (e.g., color, texture, material).
  • Optimize AI models for efficiency, ensuring scalability to handle large datasets with multiple variations.
  • Develop robust APIs for integrating the generative models into Centric’s ecosystem and client-facing platforms.
  • Experiment with new approaches like NeRF and transformer-based models to enhance 3D configurator capabilities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with e-commerce systems such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, and others.
  • Contribute to building a scalable infrastructure that ensures fast generation times and high-quality visuals with minimal latency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and sales) to align AI solutions with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, particularly with generative models such as diffusion models, GANs, VAEs, or NeRFs.
  • Strong understanding of computer vision techniques: image segmentation, object detection, and image synthesis.
  • Expertise in Python and AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
  • Experience working with ComfUI and LoRA/Flux for fine-tuning generative models and optimizing for specific product variations.
  • Familiarity with 3D graphics, rendering pipelines, and experience with WebGL or OpenGL is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in training custom models for visual customization or product generation.
  • Solid understanding of API development and integration with external systems (e.g., e-commerce platforms).
  • Experience with real-time rendering systems and optimization techniques for faster performance in production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and delivering high-impact solutions.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with transformer-based models (e.g., DALL-E, CLIP).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms like AWS SageMaker or Google AI for scaling AI solutions.
  • Prior experience working with 3D product configurators or virtual try-on technologies.
  • Knowledge of AR/VR and experience in using AI to generate immersive product experiences.
